Eligibility Criteria
As per the clarification regarding eligibility for admission in B.Arch. Course during 2022-23 given by COA, New Delhi.
- The candidate should be an Indian national.
- Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) or as declared by the competent authority , from time to time.
- Passed (10+3) full time diploma examination recognized by all India council for technical education (AICTCE) or central government or state government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45%marks in aggregate in case of candidates of backward class categories and person with disability belongings to Maharashtra state only) with mathematics as compulsory subject or as declared by the Competent Authority, from time to time.
- The candidate should have obtained qualifying marks in NATA or As per COA (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations, 2020, all candidates need to qualify an Aptitude Test conducted by the Council (i.e. NATA) for admission into 1st year of 5-year B.Arch. degree course at approved architectural institutions in the country (except at CFTIs which admit students based on JEE Paper 2 through CSAB).
- The candidate should have registered himself along with verification of the documents and application form confirmation at any Facilitation Centres (FC).

- Further, the candidates who have passed 10+3 diploma with subject of mathematics, duly recognised by central/state governments as equivalent to 10+2 level, with minimum 50% aggregate marks are also eligible for the admission to B.Arch. course during the year 2022-23.
- The institute shall follow the reservation policy of respective government in granting relaxation in percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination for the qualifying examination for the admission purpose.
- The above eligibility shall be applicable for the academic session 2022-23 only. It is also stated that admission into 1st Year of 5-year B.Arch. course shall be made by the institution subject to candidate passing an aptitude test in Architecture.

- CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from ARA (MAH) (For CAP Students Only)
- Mark sheet of SSC (Std X) examination
- Mark sheet of HSC (Std XII) examination / diploma in engineering examination ( All Semester)
- Score card of NATA-2019 (along with state rank)
- Score Card of JEE-2019
- Certificate of Indian Nationality of the candidate
- School/College Leaving Certificate
- Allotment Letter from ARA stamped by ARC Centre
- Merit List Copy of Maharashtra State and All India Rank
- Facilitation Centre Verification Copy
- Physical fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner
- Domicile Certificate of the candidate and father/mother of the candidate (in case of linguistic Minority, OMS certificate)
- Eligibility Certificate from the University of Mumbai & Migration Certificate. (in case of candidates passing qualifying examination from any other board other than Maharashtra State Board Secondary & Higher Secondary Education)
- Caste certificate / cast validity / non-cream layer certificate. (as applicable)
- Additional documents by defence , physically handicapped and J&K candidates
- Affidavit for belonging to minority category on Rs.100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper (applicable only for linguistic minority candidates)
- Copy of UIDAI Aadhar card.
- Income Certificate as Applicable
